9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes should first be addressed through informal communication. EU residents retain applicable mandatory consumer protections.

10. Severability & Waiver

If any term is found unenforceable, it will be modified to reflect the intent of the parties, and the remaining terms will remain in force. Failure to enforce a term does not waive our right to enforce it later.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at our discretion. For material changes, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement between You and the Company.

Translation: English versions prevail in case of discrepancies with translated versions.
